Shipping & Returns
We charge a flat rate shipping fee with the cost depending on your desired shipping speed.
- Economy Shipping: $8.95
- 2-Day Shipping (Business Days Not Including Weekends or Holidays): $20.95
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped at your selected shipping speed. Keep in mind that delivery can take 7-10 days for Economy shipments.
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information to the email you place your order with so you know when your scrubs should arrive.
If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com.
Please note that we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, rural areas, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. We also do not offer buy online, pickup in store, as we do not have any physical store locations.
We offer free returns within 30 days on new, unworn clothes purchased through our website. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
To start a return, contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
They will provide you with a free return shipping label that will be sent via email to the email you placed your order with. They will also provide instructions on how to ship back your return. If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, we will not reimburse you for shipping fees, and you will still need to contact Customer Care for a return authorization number prior to shipping back your return.
You’ll need your order number to process your return. You can find it in your confirmation email or in your Order History if you signed up for an account on our website. The order number will also be on the packing slip included in your order.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please place each order in a separate package with its individual return label. This helps us process the return quickly and efficiently. If more than one return is included in your return box, you will only be credited for one return, and the rest of the return will not be processed.
Note that returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that was worn, is heavily perfumed, or is damaged. We do not accept returns on final sale items, including clearance items, accessories, and any other items marked as non-returnable.
Returns can take 7-10 business days to process, and some banks may require additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account.
